Appointment Cancellation Policy:

At Renewed by Renata, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and that's why we have a clear cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation Terms:

Notice Period: For cancellations made 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.

Short Notice and No-Show: Cancellations made after 24 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
